Flow IV works with your MD, NP and Pharmacist to provide timely and safe infusions. Have your Prescribing Practitioner send the Iron Prescription to a pharmacy of choice, and fill out our referral form below. Once we receive this, we will book you in.
Once you have your prescription and have picked your Iron up from Pharmacy, We'll Administer it for you.
